retail questions



I just finished this series of illustrations answering the following questions:
1) What's the best way to handle mistakes my employees make?
2) I can't afford to give my employees a raise this year. What's the best way to keep them happy through hard times?
3) I'm thinking of doing a survey to find out what my customers like about my business, and what we could improve on. Any advice?
